A complete, database driven housing system for FiveM. It auto-detects ESX, QBCore and QBox and works with vanilla GTA V interiors, so no shell resource is required.

Features
In-game creator UI - place the entrance where you stand, pick a shell, name it, price it, save. No config editing to add a house.
18 shells out of the box - 15 vanilla GTA V interiors that work on any server, plus 3 shell-prop entries for servers that stream shells.
Custom interiors - record any interior position live from the UI, MLOs included. That house then ignores the config coordinates entirely.
Property borders - every house owns the ground around it: the garden, the driveway, the yard or the rooms of an MLO. Marked corner by corner from the air, so the fence follows a sloped garden instead of floating over it.
Furniture with real pictures - the catalogue shows an in-game photo of every prop.
Buy and sell - configurable refund percentage and a per player house limit.
Keys - owners hand keys to nearby players, keyholders can enter and lock or unlock.
Blips and markers - colour coded for sale, owned and keyholder.
Full database persistence via oxmysql. Houses, owners, locks and keys survive restarts.
Developer friendly - server and client exports plus two events that fire when a player crosses a property boundary, so a job or robbery script does not have to poll.
English by default, with a locale template for any other language.
