Purchase Terms (AGB)

Fair and transparent rules for purchases made through this webstore.

1. Tebex Is the Seller, Not Us

We (Agency Scripts) do not sell anything on this webstore. Every purchase you make here is sold, invoiced, and processed by our commerce partner Tebex Limited (Tebex.io). Tebex is the merchant of record: your payment, invoice, checkout and refund handling are all carried out by Tebex under its own Tebex Terms & Conditions, which you must also accept during checkout. Agency Scripts only designs this storefront and delivers the digital FiveM assets to your account once Tebex confirms your payment.

2. Scope

These terms apply in addition to Tebex's own Terms & Conditions and cover the digital FiveM scripts and resources listed on this storefront, sold by Tebex on behalf of Agency Scripts.

3. Contract Formation

A contract is formed once you complete checkout with Tebex and your payment is confirmed. Tebex sends you an order confirmation and invoice by email.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices shown are final prices. No VAT is shown as no VAT ID has been applied for (German small business regulation, § 19 UStG). Payment is handled entirely by Tebex using the payment methods it offers at checkout.

5. Delivery & Licensing

Digital assets are licensed to the buyer only and delivered via Tebex's fulfilment system (FiveM key/Tebex account, or an in-app code where applicable). Redistribution, resale or sharing of purchased assets is strictly prohibited.

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are handled by Tebex according to Tebex's own refund policy. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in a permanent ban from our Discord community and loss of access to purchased products.

7. Liability

Agency Scripts is not liable for damages, data loss, or server issues arising from the use of our products, and does not guarantee constant availability. Our assets are provided as-is.

8. Jurisdiction

German law applies to the relationship between you and Agency Scripts. The place of jurisdiction is the residence of Agency Scripts, as far as legally permissible. Your relationship with Tebex regarding payment is governed by Tebex's own terms.
